In this renovation the apartment space is reorganized in such a way that the social areas are integrated into an open space concept, accompanied by a wooden panel across the entire width of the apartment. This allows having well-lit social areas and gaining spatial breadth.

On the other side of the wooden panel are the bedrooms with incorporated bathrooms and the service area of the apartment, giving privacy and discretion to these areas.
